This week's message is to start today by showing up for yourself. The time is now. By stopping to read this email, you are taking the time to show up for yourself wherever you are in the world.

Showing up for yourself is a skill that takes time. I'll share my way of doing so. For the last year, I have taken the time to get in the gym five days a week and tried my hardest to be consistent.

Being a former athlete has been a tough road for me to overcome. Your workout routine is set up for you when you are an athlete. So, now, it's different being on my own and lifting.

Alright, now to the good stuff. How will you show up for yourself today, this week, this month, and this year? I want to share some examples of the things I do! You can apply them today!

Examples:

1: Going for a walk.

2: Journaling.

3: Getting in the gym.

4: Taking myself to lunch or dinner.

5: Spending time in solitude.

Those are some ways I like to show up for myself. Apply this to yourself. Your way of showing up for yourself is for you. Start showing up for yourself today.
